Made another trip to the library yesterday afternoon and got my hands on some chocolate truffles making books. And yes! Truffles will be next on my list of attempts! Hopefully my truffles attempt will be good enough to be served at CNY 2009 and for Valentines' Day!Books on Making Truffles
