Ingredients:
- 180g Almond (Ground)
- 180g Flour
- 220g Butter
- 70g Caster Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla Esssence
- 1/2 tsp Almond Essence (I used Almond Flavouring)
Method:
- Mix grounded almonds and flour and leave aside
- Beat butter and sugar till creamy
- Add in flour mixture and knead to form a dough
- Roll into small balls and bake at 175C for 15min
(Yield approx. 71pcs)
