Almond Cookies

Ingredients:
  • 180g Almond (Ground)
  • 180g Flour
  • 220g Butter
  • 70g Caster Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Esssence
  • 1/2 tsp Almond Essence (I used Almond Flavouring)

Method:

  1. Mix grounded almonds and flour and leave aside
  2. Beat butter and sugar till creamy
  3. Add in flour mixture and knead to form a dough
  4. Roll into small balls and bake at 175C for 15min

(Yield approx. 71pcs)
